Saturday 1 hour bike
Sunday – 50 min walk
Monday – 10 km bike and 1 hour workout class
Tuesday – 5 km bike and 30 min walk
Wednesday – 15 km bike and 45 min zumba
Thursday – 5 km bike + 30 min walk
Friday 11 km bike + 1 hour bike

Good week, and the workout class on Monday was brutal,  I sure felt it for days afterwards.
